I’m pretty sure that you have to have to be offering a pre-approved offer of credit to be able to obtain the list. Anyone know of a better way? affordable way?

Can you obtain a pre-NOD(Notice of Dafault) list for
commercial property through the three main credit
bureaus (TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian??? IF not
where can you obtain them from??

Just what I have been saying. The only way to get out from under your unwanted condo is to rent it out. Prices are so unrealistic for individual owners that you would lose about 50 percent of what you paid 3 years ago and that is if you can sell it.
