Bomb goes off in Panama City.

A real estate bomb went off today in Panama City when The St Joe Company signed deal with CB Richard Ellis. I just learned that The St. Joe Company signed a marketing deal with CBRE to market 1000 acres near the new international airport. CBRE is the largest commercial real estate company in the US and possibly the world. This partnership will put Panama City in the spot light for commercial and industrial development. I don’t think it will be long before CBRE brings some major players to Panama City.

Stay tuned as the future of Panama City Real Estate unfolds.
