Have real estate prices over corrected in Panama City Beach?

Foreclosures have driven prices down in Panama City & Panama City Beach over the past 12 months. But are they over correcting?
IHS Global Insight and PNC Financial Services Group just released a new study that reveals home prices across the nation have over corrected. Do you think prices have over corrected in Panama City and Panama City Beach? Post your thoughts.
